| The Electronic chemicals of our company has coordinated with the establishment of the affiliated industry – Chi Mei Electronics in 1998 got involved in research of the formula. Meanwhile, we also worked on the set-up of the mass production factory, then we successfully mass color resist and positive photo resist in 2000. Up to now, we have accumulated quite some R&D and mass production technique. The electronic chemicals successfully developed by our company is mainly used in TFT LCD manufacturing. Based on it used for application purpose, it can be divided into two major classes: color filter and the kind to be used on TFT. There are color resist, positive photo resist, developer, edge bead remover, etchant, etc., five products. The total monthly shipment quantity is more than 300,000L. The monthly shipment is estimated to reach 800,000L within two years. |
